Q1:ls this human hair?

A:Yes pretty girl, our hair is 100% high quality human hair selected from young girls,healthy andFlexible can avoid shedding easily.

Q2.Why there are some hair fall off?

A: As we all know ,after products the wig ,there will have some floating hair onit ,so when your first combing ,those floating hair will fall off ,but afterthat ,the hair is smooth and will not fall out .

And please use wide-teeth comb on your wig ,and the most important is to begentle ,otherwise you wig will cry

Q3:Will our hair texture go back to original pattern after flat iron?

A.:For long term use, we won't recommend customer to flat iron the curly and wavy texture frequently.our hair is high temperature steam processed, not marvel water processed. lf High temperature iron,the hair will damage the pattern little by little.Especially deep wave & tight curly , flat iron it will damagethese beautiful pattern a lots.

Q4.Why my wig be tangled ?

A: Both our own hair and wig all need to care ,if the hair got dry and dirty ,itwill more easier to be tangled .Mix some water and hair conditioner into aspray can,and then spray the liquid on your wig ,brush with wide-tooth comb ,in this way ,tangles will be resolved ,and remember to wash it per 3-4days .

Q5.why the length is not the same as description ?

A: We measure the hair from nape ,and please measure it when it be stretched

Q6.How to deal with the odor ?

A: We process the wig before we ship it out ,and we spray some hair conditionerand water mixed liquid on the wig to let the wig more smooth ,so there mayremains some odor on the wig .No need to worry about this ,after co-washingand nursing it for some time ,the odor will disappear

Q7:Wil this hair hold curls well?

A:Yes! Our hair can hold curls beautifully! We have some tips:

>> Find correct temperature for hair curling.We will suggest u raise the temperature little by little totest it out.We recommend 160~180 Celsius degree or 320~360 Fahrenheit degree! Even human haircan be burned if the temperature is too high without proper time control.

>> Time control is very important, we will suggest let the wand/curl sits on the hair around 8~10seconds with proper temperature.

>> Apply some hair spray will keep the curl pattern durable for whole day .
